I acknowledge that my participation in these exercises, routines, and programs is solely my decision and that I am responsible for any injuries or adverse effects that may result from my engagement. I confirm that I will consult a medical professional before undertaking any exercise that may affect my health or well-being.

Furthermore, I, the user, agree to release any claims resulting from the use or misuse of any information or advice given on the site, throughout the video learning series or in the pages administrated by ScoliActive. If the user employs the information or exercises presented here in any way in order to craft a treatment strategy or provide medical services to a third-party, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless any and all third-party claims arising as a result.

I agree that no claim will be brought against ScoliActive, its owners, employees, or any other individual or entity affiliated with this website for any injury or death that may result from participation in the exercises, routines, or programs presented.

 Sales Finality and Certification Clause

I understand and agree that all sales of courses, seminars, or learning materials on this website are final and non-refundable. I acknowledge that participation in an online learning course does not automatically result in the receipt of a certificate of completion. A certificate of completion is only awarded upon successfully passing all required assessments or tests as determined by ScoliActive. Failure to pass any assessment or complete the required work will not entitle me to a refund or compensation of any kind.

Password Security

I agree to keep my password secure at all times and to abide by password good practices. These include using a password that is unique to this one site, not sharing my password, using “strong” passwords that are long and consist of random numbers and characters and keeping my passwords in places only accessible to me. I release ScoliActive from any and all financial responsibility for any damages that might arise from failure to practice good password security.

Copyright Protection

I understand that the videos and other learning materials presented on the Website are the sole property of the copyright holders, Lise Stolze and Hagit Berdishevsky. I agree not to publish any of these materials in any medium presently existing or arising in the future. Enrollment in the online courses does not imply ownership of the works presented throughout. I agree that the videos presented here are not for further distribution to other parties or in public forums.

ScoliActive’s Logo and Name

ScoliActive’s logo is available from the site administrators to interested parties upon written permission. Written permission can be obtained through writing to the administrators at the email addresses provided in the site footer. I agree to not appropriate the name or logo of ScoliActive for my own purposes without express approval.

Participation in Chats with Other Users

ScoliActive’s site allows for the ability to “chat” with other users. Intended use of the chat is to further educational goals, understand the material better, facilitate networking between participants and complete any possible group assignments. Improper use includes “spamming” other participants with unsolicited marketing offers, harassing other users or any use that is not expressly for the purposes of discussing physical-therapeutical related information. I agree to not hold the site, its owners, operators and other users responsible for damages that result to me from any information or advice given in the forums. ScoliActive makes this service available to users for their own benefit, but it does not vouch for the veracity of any information presented in these chats.

Forum Participation

The User agrees to abide by rules of good behavior at all times in any group discussions and forums. Abusive, discriminatory, bullying language or images will result in a ban from participating in the forums without any recourse to a refund if not able to complete the requirements of a course of studies.

In order to maintain data integrity and install needed updates that expand the functionality and increase the security of the website, the site may periodically be unavailable to users. I agree not to hold the owners and operators of scolifit.com liable for any loss of use of the site, any loss of personal data or loss of features that arise as a result of necessary maintenance.

Privacy and Cookies

Cookies are used throughout the site in order for the site to perform authentication and security functions. However, some cookies may act similarly to a “tracker” as the user moves throughout the site. I agree that data and my IP address might be logged of my usage of the site in order for the site operators and owners to verify my participation in exams and lessons.

Requirement for Certification or Licensure

I understand this course is designed for certified fitness instructors and physical therapists. It uses language and involves concepts that may be unfamiliar to someone without this education and background.
